Duties and qualifications include:

• Manufacturing small parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Reading and comprehending all paperwork and documents.
• Standing and moving to a variety of workstations during 8 to10 hour shifts.
• Accurately recording paperwork daily.
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and work area.
• Regular attendance.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs. of force frequently.
• Possessing good communication skills.

We have an opening in our IS Department for an Operations and Support Technician.

Qualifications for success in this position: Extensive knowledge of MS Windows and MS applications, experience with Netware and GroupWise, firm understanding of basic networking and computer hardware, 5+ years experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in team environment without constant supervision, and a proven work history showing drive and perseverance. Some knowledge of Linux and telephone systems a plus but not required. Responsibilities include working with internal customers from all areas of our business, deploying and supporting desktop and laptop PC’s as well as printers and supporting software systems.

• Five years sales management experience with aftermarket accounts.
• OEM sales management experiences, a plus.
• National account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-driven.
